Lodge Executive Committee (LEC)
The Lodge Executive Committee is the group of Arrowmen responsible for all aspects of lodge operation. The LEC is the steering committee for the lodge. It carries out the business of the lodge by planning and coordinating fellowship and induction weekends, service projects, training sessions, and other events as appropriate. It consists of the elected youth officers, appointed youth committee chairman, chapter representatives, and Advisors.
Lodge Leadership Development (LLD)
Each year, the leaders of Tetonwana Lodge gather for a Lodge Leadership Development event. The purpose of the event is to build the team of lodge leaders who will guide the Lodge for the coming year. This event consists of a number of training sessions that will help us all focus our attentions on issues our lodge needs to again attain the National Quality Lodge distinction. As a leader, your attendance is vital to your success in the coming year.
This is our yearly training for all Chapter Officers and Advisers. Here you will learn how the Lodge operates and how your Chapter should operate. If you are a Chapter Officer or Adviser - or if you want to be one - this is the place for you.
