Prairie Hills Scout-O-Ree

When: Friday, September 16th - Sunday, September 18th
Time: Check-in Friday starts at 6PM and will end Sunday at 11:30AM
Location: Newton Hills Scout Camp
Cost: $7 for Boy Scouts
          $5 for Boy Scout Leaders
          $10 for Webelos and their parent.

**A $15 late fee will be charged after September 8th.**

The purpose of this event is to help Webelos realize there is something beyond Cub Scouts.

Friday
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Check in at the Log Cabin / Set up camp sites
9:00 PM Scoutmaster/SPL Meeting
11:00 PM Quite Hours

Saturday
6:00 AM                             Wake up/personal time/breakfast
8:00 AM                             Flag Ceremony at the Parade Grounds, Announcements, Prep 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM Activities and Events
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM      Lunch/Free Time/ WEBELOS arrive at camp
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM         Afternoon Skills/Activities with WEBELOS
4:30 PM                             Flag Ceremony at Parade Grounds, prep for dinner/Dutch Oven
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM         Dutch oven contest judging at host campsite / Dinner
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM         Campfire Skits / Program
9:30 PM’ish                       Return to Troop Sites
11:00 PM                          Quite Hours/Lights Out

Sunday
6: 00 AM                             Wake up / personal time / breakfast
8:00 AM                             Flag Ceremony at Parade Grounds
8:30 AM                             Chapel Service at the Chapel
9:30 AM                             Scout Decathlon
11:30 AM                          Closing Ceremony and Awards
