The Award of Merit is a council award presented by the district. The award is available to any registered Scouter who renders service of an outstanding nature on the district or exploring division levels or at the unit level.
The Extra Miler Award is your chance to select one person from your unit that has gone that extra mile and to recognize them at the Pheasant District Recognition Banquet.
