The Sioux Council, BSA is happy to welcome Joseph Kress to the professional staff.

Joe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with a BS in Recreation Management and brief experience in the field of Special Education.  While pursuing his degree he also served as a member of the Delta Sigma Phi men’s social fraternity.

Joe is an Eagle Scout and most recently has served as the Brownsea Director at Camp Decorah with the Gateway Area Council.  In addition, Joe has been involved in numerous volunteer roles such as Scouting, Special Olympics, Veteran Affairs, Care Center, March of Dimes, Red Cross, Aids Research Center of Wisconsin and this is just to name a few.

Joe joins the staff on August 11, 2008, as a District Executive. He will be serving in the Five Rivers District.
