Corey Davis

As a youth, Corey was active in Pack 4 and Troop 4 in the Great Salt Lake Council. He earned his Eagle Scout Award in 1987 and became a member of the Order of the Arrow during the same year.
Corey attended college at Utah State University, graduating in 1999 with a degree in Fisheries & Wildlife Management, emphasis in fisheries. While at the university, Corey researched genetics in endangered fish populations. Following graduation, he work for the Division of Wildlife Resources in Utah as a Laboratory Assistant collecting data on trout species.
Corey returned to Scouts as an Assistant Scout Master in 1997. Since then, he has also served as a Scout Master, Committee Member, and Committtee Chair. Corey joined the Sioux Council staff as a District Executive in 2002, serving the Lewis & Clark Trail District. He also served as Program Director at the Lewis & Clark Scout Camp in 2003 & 2004. In 2006, Corey became the Program Director for the Sioux Council until his recent promotion to Field Director. Corey has been a Field Director of area 3 since November 2007.
Corey is married to Liz and they have 3 children - Kaily, Kjarstyn, and Nathan.
